During her time as CEO of Surrey FA working with the Board she led the restructure of the association into a customer focused football development body that represented the community served by Surrey FA. This was achieved through the building of robust partnerships from within and outside football to support the growth and development of the grassroots game.

Caroline played a significant role in the move to a new state of art headquarters and ground for Surrey FA that meets the needs of the football community.
