Caroline has been working in the Sport & Leisure industry for over 20 years. She has a range of executive level experience most notably within Football and was the CEO for Surrey FA for 5 years. During this time she project managed the development of their new Headquarters at Meadowbank Football Ground in partnership with Mole Valley District Council, steered the County to become a registered Charity and achieve the Intermediate Level of the Equality Standard for Sport, becoming the first County FA Nationally to reach this level. 

Caroline also has plenty of experience volunteering in football; at Club, League and County level. She was a Trustee for the London Football Trust, a registered charity established in October 2018 to ensure the strategic management of grassroots football hubs across London, until its evolution into a National Trust in October 2021.
 
During the 19/20 and 20/21 seasons, she took on the role of Chair of Tooting & Mitcham United Football Club, a non-league community-based club providing opportunities from youth through to adult, with the first team playing in the Isthmian League. Caroline also volunteered for the UEFA Euro 2020 finals at Wembley Stadium (2021) as part of the hospitality production team. 

Caroline is also a tutor for Sport England's Club Matters training sessions delivering the following workshops:
Volunteer Experience, Participant Experience, Leadership Teams, Planning for your Future,
Developing a Marketing Strategy, Building Back Stronger and a Club for Everyone. 

In October 2021 Caroline joined Fair Game UK as their Strategy Director, an organisation campaigning for the introduction of an independent regulator to improve the sustainability and governance of football. She held this position for a year and now continues to support the organisation as ta club engagement officer.   


During the years of working and volunteering in Sport, Caroline has gained vast experience in helping organisations develop and grow as well as key contacts in many areas.  She is approachable, professional, and highly organised, understanding the benefits that sport and physical activity can bring to all.

In May 2022 Caroline joined Continuum Sport and Leisure Ltd as a Senior Consultant and will now deliver larger facility and strategic projects through them.
