New Job Announcement

Caroline McRoyall is joining the team at Continuum Sport & Leisure Ltd (Continuum) to become a Senior Consultant from 4th May 2022 initially on a part time basis before joining full time in June 2022.


Caroline has been working as an Associate Consultant for Continuum for the last two years whilst also running her own business as a Sports Consultant.


Caroline McRoyall Consulting will continue to operate, although in a smaller capacity providing tutoring, mentoring and support sessions to a limited number of organisations. Future consultancy projects such as facility projects, strategies and funding will now be delivered through Continuum.


Caroline has been working in the sport and leisure industry for over 20 years, most notably within football. She worked as senior development officer for the London FA where she supported, advised, and developed revenue funding applications for clubs and schools. Caroline then moved into the role of a County Development Manager for the Surrey FA, where she successfully helped secure over £12 million of investment into football facilities across Surrey. Following her outstanding success, she was promoted to Chief Executive of the Surrey FA, a role she held for 5 years until 2019, when she then went on to set up her own business. Caroline also has an abundance of experience of working with and supporting sports clubs and groups including volunteering in various roles and as a tutor for Sport England's Club Matters workshops.


Continuum are a nationally recognised consultancy company that operate extensively within the sport and leisure sector. Their vision is to maximise the social, physical and economic impact of sport and physical activity by strengthening the sector and levering in additional investment. Continuum are Sport England national framework partners for Strategic Outcomes Planning and Leisure Services Delivery, Assessment of Needs (Active Environments), and Grants Management. They are also responsible for content, stakeholder engagement and programme coordination for Sport England’s Club Matters programme.
